1. Eligibility and Territory Scope

• Territory: This Promotion is open to all customers located within the United States with a valid CA shipping address.
• Exclusivity: This Promotion applies strictly to transactions and qualifying user actions performed on the official CA online store .
• Governing Time Zone: All dates, times, and deadlines specified in these Official Terms and Conditions refer to Eastern Time (GMT-05:00).

2. Campaign Timeline and Schedule

• Preheat Task Open Period: September 1st, 2026, 00:00:00 – September 13th, 2026, 23:59:59.
• Preheat Winner Selection Period: September 14th, 2026, 00:00:00 – September 15th, 2026, 23:59:59.
• Preheat Winner Announcement & Official Task Open Period: September 15th, 2026, 00:00:00 – September 30th, 2026, 23:59:59.
• Official Task Winner Announcement Period: October 15th, 2026, 00:00:00 – October 19th, 2026, 23:59:59.

3. Preheat Phase Mechanics Sep 1 – Sep 13, 2026

During the Preheat Task Open Period, Participants may complete any or all of the following tasks on the official CA store. Participation in the Preheat Phase does not restrict or disqualify Participants from entering tasks during the Official Launch Phase.

3.1 Task 1: Subscribe to Know

• Mechanism: Submit a valid email address through the official CA campaign module.
• Benefit: Get email notifications and automatic access to four Exclusive Launch Perks on September 15th, 2026.

3.2 Task 2: Join Renogy Membership

• Mechanism: Register for a new account or log into an existing account on the CA store using the exact email address submitted in Task 1.
• Prize Pool: Entry into the 20% OFF Coupon Sweepstakes (Total Winners: five [5]).

3.3 Task 3: Post in Our Community

• Mechanism: Publish a public post on an authorized social platform (Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, or the Official Store Community) featuring the required campaign hashtag and official account tag, and submit the direct post URL through the campaign portal.
• Review & Verification Criteria: All submitted URLs are subject to manual administrative review before sweepstakes eligibility is granted. Verification criteria include, but are not limited to, confirming post public visibility, proper formatting, accuracy of designated hashtags and account tags, and originality of content. Plagiarized, copied, stolen, or duplicate posts will be rejected immediately.
• Submission Limit: Each Participant is limited to a strict maximum of two (2) submission attempts. If both submissions fail verification, no further attempts will be accepted. Please verify that your post meets all guidelines and that your link is accessible before submitting.
• Prize Pool: Entry into the 50% OFF Coupon Sweepstakes upon successful verification (Total Winners: one [1]).

4. Promotional Coupon Terms and Redemption Rules for Preheat Mechanics

The following terms govern all promotional discount coupons awarded under Section 3 (Task 2 and Task 3):

• 4.1 Variant Selection and Claim Deadline: Verified Preheat winners must return to the official CA campaign landing page and select their designated new product variant to claim their coupon code on or before September 30th, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m. Failure to complete this step prior to the deadline shall constitute an immediate and irrevocable forfeiture of the prize.
• 4.2 Distribution: Upon successful variant selection, the coupon code will be credited directly to the winner's CA store account wallet.
• 4.3 Expiration Date: All promotional coupon codes expire on October 30th, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m. Unused coupons will automatically expire after this date.
• 4.4 Usage Scope and Restrictions: Valid strictly on the official CA store for one (1) unit of one (1) selected variant of an eligible newly launched product. Single-use only. Coupons are non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly authorized.

5. Official Launch Phase Mechanics Sep 15 – Sep 30, 2026

During the Official Launch Task Open Period (September 15th – September 30th, 2026), Participants may complete any or all of the following tasks on the official CA store. Existing Participants from the Preheat Phase remain fully eligible to participate in all Official Launch Phase tasks.

5.1 Task 1: Instant Launch Perks Unlock

• Mechanism: Submit a valid email address through the official CA campaign module. Existing Preheat subscribers must resubmit their email to enter the next task.
• Benefit: Instantly unlock access to four (4) Exclusive Launch Perks and receive the promotional code via email notification.

5.2 Task 2: Free Trial Order Refund Draw

• Mechanism: Place a qualifying order on the CA store containing at least one (1) eligible newly launched product, and submit the corresponding Order Number and contact email address through the official campaign module. You may submit multiple qualifying orders associated with the same email address.
• Requirement: The email address associated with the order (account or checkout email) must strictly match the subscription email address submitted in Task 1.
• Prize Pool: Entry into the 100% Free Trial Sweepstakes (Total Winners: three [3]).
• Prize Calculation: Winning entries will receive a post-delivery refund for one (1) unit of the highest-priced single new product in the winning order. The refund amount equals the store Selling Price, capped at the actual net order amount paid. However, if the net amount paid for the order (after applying discounts or promotional codes) is less than the store selling price, the refund shall be capped at the actual net amount paid for the order.

6. Winner Selection, Announcement, and Transparency

• Privacy & Display: To maintain transparency while protecting personal data, winning email addresses will be partially masked (e.g., r***y@gmail.com) and publicly displayed on the official CA campaign page.

7. Reward Fulfillment and Post-Purchase Restrictions

• Refund Processing: Order refunds under the Free Trial Sweepstakes will be issued to the original payment method within a standard administrative window after confirmed order delivery.
• Non-Returnable / Final Sale Policy: Once a Free Trial Order Refund has been disbursed, the selected winning item and its underlying order shall be deemed "Final Sale." Such items are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable, except in cases of verified manufacturing or material defects covered under standard product warranty terms.

8. Disqualification and Forfeiture

Participants will be automatically disqualified, and any potential prize entitlement immediately forfeited, under the following circumstances:

8.1 Preheat Phase Violations:

• Email & Account Status: Unsubscribing from marketing emails or deleting/closing the registered store account prior to winner selection on September 15th, 2026.
• Community Post Removal: Deleting, archiving, or setting submitted social media or community posts to private prior to winner selection.
• Review Failure & Plagiarism: Submitting plagiarized, copied, stolen, or duplicate posts, or failing manual verification after exhausting the maximum limit of two (2) submission attempts (including missing tags, incorrect hashtags, or inaccessible links).

8.2 Official Launch Phase Violations:

• Subscription & Email Mismatch: Unsubscribing from marketing emails prior to winner selection or reward fulfillment, or submitting an order with a checkout/account email that does not strictly match the subscription email.
• Order Modification & Returns: Canceling the qualifying order, initiating a return, or requesting a partial or full refund prior to winner selection or reward disbursement.
• General Fraud & Exploitation: Engaging in bad-faith purchasing, exploiting return mechanisms solely to manipulate draw outcomes, utilizing automated scripts or bots, or submitting fraudulent/falsified URLs or order numbers.

9. General Conditions and Limitation of Liability

• Fraud and System Integrity: The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process, using automated entry scripts or bots, submitting false URLs, or engaging in fraudulent behavior.
• Technical Disclaimer: The Promoter assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or unrecorded entries resulting from network congestion, server latency, browser compatibility issues, or technical disruptions beyond its reasonable control.
• Modifications and Final Authority: The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this Promotion, or amend these Official Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of these terms, the decisions of the Promoter shall be final, conclusive, and binding.
