Yes, Renogy Rays have an expiration period. The expiration rules are as follows:

• Rays earned before 2022 will expire after December 31, 2023, at 23:59:59.
• Rays earned from 2022 onward will expire two years after the earning year, at the end of that period.

We recommend using your Rays regularly to maximize your benefits.

No. The calculation of Renogy Rays is based on the product subtotal only. All shipping charges and applicable taxes (including federal, state, and local taxes) are excluded from the Rays calculation.

Any order that is canceled, refund or returned will reverse or decrease the Rays you received from that purchase. Rays would be deducted for partial refunds caused by price adjustments.

Most redeemed products qualify for free shipping. However, certain items may require shipping fees - this will be clearly indicated during the redemption process.

No. All redemptions are final and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged. If you receive a damaged product, please contact our Customer Service within 7 days of delivery.

Your current membership tier will be maintained for one full calendar year. Even if your Rays balance decreases during this period, your tier status and associated benefits will not be affected. Membership tiers are recalculated annually starting at 00:00 on January 1st, at which point your tier status and privileges may be adjusted based on your accumulated Rays.

Renogy reserves the right to take appropriate action against any member who engages in fraudulent or abusive activities related to points accumulation or redemption. • Utilization of automated systems, scripts, or bots for account generation
• Any other activities deemed to constitute fraudulent behavior, including exploitation of system vulnerabilities or participation in dishonest transactions

Members found violating these terms may face immediate membership termination and forfeiture of all accumulated Rays and benefits.
