Site Transactions

We retain the right to decline any order submitted to us. At our sole discretion, we may restrict or cancel the quantity of products purchased by any individual, household, or per order. Such limitations may apply to orders placed under the same customer account, using the same credit card, and/or orders sharing identical billing and/or shipping addresses. Should we modify or cancel an order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the email address, billing address, or phone number provided at the time of ordering. The crossed-out or displayed reference price reflects a price at which we previously sold the product, or a comparable product, either in our stores or online, whether recently or during a prior season or year, or represents the estimated value of a similar item in the marketplace. This reference price may not correspond to the current selling price in our stores, online platforms, or other market locations on any specific date or in every area.

 

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
