    Wanderer 10A solar charge controller

    I purchased this controller to control the charging system I installed on my boat. It was very easy to connect the cables from the battery & solar panel. I also added a Bluetooth device to the the controller so I can monitor the system from my laptop.

    Easy, straightforward setup. Have been using for over a month so far with no issues. Just realized that it also has a blue backlit display which is handy for dark spaces.

    The connectors are a bit sketchy,but it works well

    I got this with a 100w panel to keep a lead acid deep cycle battery charged for a water pump at an off grid summer cabin. So far it's worked flawlessly.The only problem is the connectors. You need a very small screwdriver and the user guide warns not to over tighten them. Kind of sketchy for a current- carrying application.

    A little smaller than I expected but that may be a good thing. I have really cheap ones right now and this one seems to get alright reviews. I just have two little 25w panels and a truck battery for lighting in my shed. If it works well, I will leave this review up.
