This promotion is open to residents of continental Canada with a valid shipping address. (Yukon, Nunavut, and NWT are excluded.) Participants must be legal residents with the ability to receive shipments within eligible regions.

A. During the Promotion Period, orders are eligible for tiered gifts based on subtotal (pre-tax):

D. Returns or refunds for orders placed during the Promotion will be processed according to Renogy’s Return & Refund Policy. If a refund disqualifies the order from the original gift threshold, the gift must be returned or its value will be deducted.

• Fixed Value

Gift cards are available in set denominations only. Customers can't input custom amounts for gift card denominations.

• Where to Use

Our gift cards are valid for all products on the Renogy Canada official online store.

• Balance & Change

No Cash Change: If your order total is less than your gift card balance, the remaining amount will be stored on the same card for future use. Change will not be given in cash.
Non-Refundable for Cash: Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash under any circumstances.

For your security, Only customers or recipients can access full gift card codes. Please keep it secure to prevent unauthorized use. The gift card is a bearer instrument. Renogy is not liable for any loss resulting from lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of the gift card

• Refund & Return Policy

Non-Cash Redemption: The balance in the gift card account cannot be cashed out.
Order Refund Process: If a refund is issued for an order paid with agift card, the amount paid via the gift card will be refunded exclusively to the original gift card.
Refund Method: By default, the refund will be returned to the email address associated with the original order account.

• How to Use

Redeem Online: During checkout on the Renogy official online store, enter your gift card code in the "Discount code or gift card" field. The amount will be automatically applied to your order.
Check Balance: Your gift card balance and transaction details can be found in your order confirmation email.

• Eligibility: Must be a logged-in registered user with sufficient Renogy Rays.
• Cost & Plays: 500 Rays per play. Maximum 3 plays per day.
• Prizes: Prizes are non-transferable and non-cash. Discount coupons have minimum spend requirements.
• Claim Winnings: View digital prizes in "My Lucky Draw Prizes" or email. To claim physical prizes, please add the product to your cart first and use the redemption code at checkout.
• Important: Ray deductions are final. Renogy reserves final interpretation rights.
