This promotion is open to residents of continental Canada with a valid shipping address. (Yukon, Nunavut, and NWT are excluded.) Participants must be legal residents with the ability to receive shipments within eligible regions.

A. During the Promotion Period, orders are eligible for tiered gifts based on subtotal (pre-tax):

D. Returns or refunds for orders placed during the Promotion will be processed according to Renogy’s Return & Refund Policy. If a refund disqualifies the order from the original gift threshold, the gift must be returned or its value will be deducted.

• Fixed Value

Gift cards are available in set denominations only. Customers can't input custom amounts for gift card denominations.

• Where to Use

Our gift cards are valid for all products on the Renogy Canada official online store.

• Balance & Change

No Cash Change: If your order total is less than your gift card balance, the remaining amount will be stored on the same card for future use. Change will not be given in cash.
Non-Refundable for Cash: Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash under any circumstances.

For your security, Only customers or recipients can access full gift card codes. Please keep it secure to prevent unauthorized use. The gift card is a bearer instrument. Renogy is not liable for any loss resulting from lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of the gift card

• Refund & Return Policy

Non-Cash Redemption: The balance in the gift card account cannot be cashed out.
Order Refund Process: If a refund is issued for an order paid with agift card, the amount paid via the gift card will be refunded exclusively to the original gift card.
Refund Method: By default, the refund will be returned to the email address associated with the original order account.

• How to Use

Redeem Online: During checkout on the Renogy official online store, enter your gift card code in the "Discount code or gift card" field. The amount will be automatically applied to your order.
Check Balance: Your gift card balance and transaction details can be found in your order confirmation email.

• Participation is limited to registered users who have logged into their Renogy account. Users must have a sufficient balance of Renogy Rays to play.

2. How to Play & Point Deduction:

• Each play costs 500 Renogy Rays.
• Renogy Rays will be deducted from your account upon each play initiation.

3. Play Frequency:

• Each user is limited to a maximum of 3 plays per day.
• Each play grants one chance to win a single prize.

4. Prizes:

• Specific prize details will be displayed in the winner's pop-up notification.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Please note the minimum order value for discount coupons (e.g., a C$20  discount coupon may require a minimum spend of C$200).

5. Viewing Winnings:

• To claim a physical prize, you must add the corresponding product to your shopping cart and enter the exclusive redemption code on the checkout page to complete the process for free.

6. Renogy Rays Rules:

• All Renogy Rays deductions for plays are final and irrevocable.
