We hope you have enjoyed your online shopping experience with Renogy. We are proud to announce that all products on this site feature free fast shipping (2 to 5 business days) from our Canada warehouses. Orders over $200 may require a signature.

For solar panels or solar kit over 100W, we may require customers to pay extra cost to cover the remote delivery fee if the shipping address is marked as remote or mine zone in our third-party carrier's shipment network, if customers are reluctant to pay the extra shipping cost, Renogy is at liberty to cancel this order.

Shipments cannot be rerouted once a package has been shipped, please kindly note. 

We understand that professional installation is often desired. However, we strongly suggest that you wait until receiving your complete order and verifying the condition of the products before scheduling any work to commence with your new Renogy products.

While we strive to provide the best quality products and expect a high level of service from our third-party carriers, we recognize that at times a product or particular delivery method does not meet our standards or quoted delivery date. Due to unforeseen issues potentially occurring, we strongly suggest that you wait until you receive and verify your products as we cannot be held responsible for delays in scheduled work.

RETURNS

At Renogy, we work hard to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your products within 30 days after delivery as long as they are new, undamaged, and unmodified. We cannot guarantee that your item will be accepted for a refund or exchange if it does not meet these requirements. Return requests beyond 30 days after delivery require special authorization.

Renogy will pay the shipping costs of the returned item(s) for the following reasons: carrier damage, defective product, incorrect product received, or for any extra product you did not order. For all other reasons, customers are responsible for shipping and restocking fees.

Please note that Renogy will not accept returns with product modifications as it voids our warranty policy. Any modified products received will be returned to you at your expense.

REPLACEMENTS

For any issues with your product performance, please contact our Technical Support team at supportca@renogy.com for troubleshooting assistance.

Please be prepared with a multimeter and your invoice or the following information: 
Order number 
Proof of purchase 
Video or photo of the damaged/defective product 
Mailing address 
Contact telephone number 

If you have received a defective or damaged product during shipping, you are eligible for a refund or replacement.

In the event of a replacement, Renogy will arrange for return shipment of the defective unit, and once the part has been received and inspected, we will ship out the replacement part. 

If damage results due to improper handling during the setup or installation, whether it is done professionally or by the customer, the product is no longer eligible for replacement or refund.

FOR THIRD-PARTY PURCHASE

Thank you for purchasing a Renogy product from one of our approved third-party vendors. Returns and refunds for purchases made through these third-parties (Walmart, Home Depot, Best Buy, Amazon LLC, etc.) must be handled through the vendor's return policy. Renogy cannot assist in third-party returns and refunds. Renogy can only offer replacements for products still within the warranty period.
