There small and sturdy, keep the panel off the roof. I just glued them on with a quality silicone caulking and then covered the flanges with Eternabond roofing tape. I wished that the RV dealer would have used this method when they installed the 1st panel as part of the purchase price of the RV instead of driving screws on the roof.
