Think it's working properly. How does one really know. The instructions were poor as they did not explain how to connect two batteries to the BT. The software connection is poor. Need to pair each time you open app. App also crashes frequently.

Range is good. Was easy to get set up

I am using this with an Apple iPhone 10 and it works perfectly. Installed the app, plugged the module this into the battery, and it was detected moments later. Couldn’t be much easier. The only thing they forget to tell you is that if you want to refresh the status, you need to pull down on the screen. I thought the unit wasn’t working properly for a few minutes until that point but it works well and from quite a distance away too.

This unit works decently to give you an overview of your system. The hardware seems to be fine, but the software is very poor. The Renogy BT app would not recognize my 100ah smart battery, but the DC Home app would. Which wasn't on the Google Playstore a few weeks ago. I had to find it from a third party website. It was a frustrating time to get things working, and even now, I can't use the Renogy BT app to access my battery information. At least the DC Home app works for now. Hoping they improve their software soon.

IT works great. The only problem I have is when the APP gives you an error code, there is now way to find out what that code is unless you call the support line. There should be a list somewhere so you can easily trouble shoot your issues.

Many bad comments in other posts . I also had problems but it was only on my android devices phone and tablet .I switched to a iphone and everything worked fine .
